- Review and negotiation of facility agreements, security and ancillary documentation;

- Review and negotiation of release documentation;
- General Banking work;
- Dealing with funders and negotiation of terms.
- 3-7 years' PQE, ideally gained in a regional or national firm
- Strong experience across a range of banking and finance transactions
- Excellent academic record and sound technical grounding
- Commercially minded with strong client-handling skills Collaborative, self-motivated, and confident in a growing team environment
- Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions an advantage but not essential
