As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for improving our Angular-based Learning Management System (LMS). You will also help deliver client LMS platforms that use our core functionality with our clients branding and user experience.
- Customizing and improving the Angular-based LMS used by VECTRA and its clients.
- Ensuring the LMS is configurable so it can be reused and white labeled for multiple clients.
- Implementing client-specific LMS versions that follow each client’s branding and UI guidelines.
- Integrating the LMS with external tools such as Zoho CRM, analytics, and email services.
- Clean up and refactor existing codes on our Marketplace platform to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Review course formats (Articulate SCORM/xAPI/HTML5).
- Integration and configuration of Articulate SCORM/xAPI/HTML5 packages
- Developing and maintaining features for the VECTRA Marketplace on Shopify.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to understand, finalize, and deliver technical solutions.
- Support ongoing technical website optimization by troubleshooting backend issues, improving performance, and maintaining overall website health.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing web applications.
- Strong experience with Angular, Node, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting (Azure, AWS, or similar) and CI/CD basics.
- Experience working with APIs and databases.
- Experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
- You are fluent in English and can effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Experience with UI/UX design and optimizing user experience for an LMS.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure platform security
