Job summary
A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Chair of the UK Board. This role involves ensuring effective governance, strategic oversight, and independent challenge at Board level. Candidates must have extensive experience in general insurance and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks. The position is virtual, requiring up to 32 days per year commitment.
