Job summary
A tech firm specializing in Electric Vehicle infrastructure is seeking a Senior C# Engineer to develop a data-driven platform for charge point maintenance. The role offers the opportunity to work remotely and is ideal for candidates with strong C#/.NET experience and familiarity with the Electric Vehicle industry. This position is a mid-senior level contract role focused on innovative technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in C# and .NET.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and event-driven architecture.
- Experience in the Electric Vehicle domain required.
Responsibilities
- Build a platform to analyze hardware data for charge points.
- Collaborate on aligning internal platforms across teams.
- Provide data-driven insights for preventative maintenance.
Skills
Senior C# Engineer required for an early stage firm working on Electric Vehicle infrastructure. Role is remote, outside IR35, 6 months initial.
Our client is building a platform using charging-point data to predict malfunctions and maintenance needs, supporting the development of EV forecourts.
They are aligning internal platforms and seek a Senior C# Engineer to kick start this process.
Tech for Good! – Electric Vehicle Industry experience required (OCPP, OCPI etc)
- Build a platform that leverages diverse hardware data to calculate likely errors or issues at charge points.
- Collaborate to align internal platforms across teams.
- Deliver preventative maintenance capabilities through data-driven insights.
- Strong C#/.NET experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (Functions/Service Bus/Cosmos, Event- Driven architecture).
- EV domain experience – OCPP, CPP, CPI.
