Job summary

A leading pet healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a CRM Manager to shape and activate the customer lifecycle, from the first visit to becoming a loyal advocate. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in CRM strategy and execution, particularly in a B2C, multi-channel environment. Key responsibilities include managing a campaign performance roadmap and ensuring customer-centric communication across various touchpoints. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GA4 is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retention or lifecycle marketing role ideally in a B2C environment.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyse and communicate CRM performance across engagement and commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities
