Job summary
A leading technology company based in the UK is looking for a skilled individual to provide advanced technical support for the Unified Assurance and Analytics product suite. You will be the key contact for customers, requiring strong technical expertise in Linux, scripting, and several programming languages. This full-time role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement processes while allowing for a flexible work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software technical support, preferably in telecom.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for customer cases focused on UAA.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues in collaboration with teams.
- Develop Unix/Shell scripts for automation and monitoring.
