Job summary
A national inspection company is seeking entry-level contractors for residential occupancy verifications. This flexible position offers predictable income with a rate of $30-$40 per hour, depending on the number of inspections completed. Ideal candidates should have a smartphone, computer, and a reliable vehicle. The role requires managing time effectively and meeting deadlines. Full-time hours can vary widely based on county volume, with typical workloads ranging from 20 to 500 inspections monthly.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
- A reliable vehicle with good gas mileage is preferred.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Complete inspections in the assigned territory within 4 days.
- Report general property conditions and determine occupancy.
- Take over 9 photos and complete a short form in an app.
