A leading construction company in Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager specialized in finishing works. The role involves overseeing the execution of finishing activities and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have over 13 years of experience, a B.E/B.Tech in Civil, and a background in commercial projects. Responsibilities
- Overseeing the execution of all Finishing works at the site.
- Calculating quantities required for finishing activities.
- Understanding specifications and architectural drawings.
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors for finishing activities.
- Checking daily progress reports and snag lists.

Education
This role specializing in finishing works within a construction project. This role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of finishing details.
- Responsible for execution of all Finishing works at the site.
- Responsible to Calculate quantities required to execute finishing activities.
- Able to understand specifications/methodology and architectural drawings of finishing activities.
- Coordination with Contractors/Subcontractors for Finishing Activities to carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing activities at all stages.
- Responsible for Check Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list.
- Basic Qualification B.E/B.Tech in Civil (Full time)
- Additional post-graduation Qualification added advantage but bot mandatory.
- Experience: 13 years+
- Mandatory experience in Commercial/Mall/Corporate office project in the last 5 years.
- Must have completed a life cycle of a project.
- Must be in a leadership role in the current project.
