A leading nursery group in Telford is looking for an Early Years Teacher to develop educational content and mentor team members. This role involves leading the delivery of age-appropriate activities and ensuring a safe environment for children’s social and emotional development. Ideal candidates will hold QTS, EYTS, or EYPS qualifications and possess extensive experience in early years settings. Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in an early years setting, ideally as a Nursery Teacher or Early Years Teacher.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities in line with the early years curriculum.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments and planning for key children.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to curriculum development.
