Job description

The Crest is a private residential scheme comprising five high-specification homes in Old Park, Telford.

Each of the four-bed homes are rated A for energy performance, offering lower energy costs and a more environmentally conscious living option.

Despite some challenges on site, including prior coal mining use and site stabilisation, the project was successfully delivered under a very short programme, and reached practical completion in May 2025.

Stace provided Project Monitoring Surveying services on behalf of Homes England, acting as funder under the Levelling Up Home Building Fund programme.

Our role included overseeing the financial and technical aspects of the project, ensuring progress aligned with the agreed budget, timeline, and specifications. Stace also assessed risks, reviewed documentation, and delivered monthly progress reports including statutory compliance updates.
