Job description

Dubber is the world’s leader in conversation capture and intelligence, revolutionising how businesses capture, analyse, and leverage their conversations. With cutting-edge AI technology, Dubber provides a comprehensive suite of tools and features that goes beyond traditional call recording and transcription solutions. Built to scale to meet any need, Dubber allows organisations to unlock the insights to be found in calls, videos and messages.

Already adopted as core network infrastructure by hundreds of global communications services and applications worldwide, Dubber is specifically designed to help service providers to differentiate, drive new revenues and improve customer retention.

The Role

This hands‑on, sales driven role plays a key part in driving growth through Dubber’s EMEA partner ecosystem. You’ll combine accelerating revenue through our channel partners, relationship management, commercial acumen and some leadership responsibilities.

You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth through Dubber’s EMEA channel partners, driving adoption, growing pipeline and achieving ambitious sales targets.

You will be the ultimate player coach, leading by example and managing your own Dubber partners. You will be responsible for tracking their activity, ensuring they are building and following up on leads and pipeline to achieve goals.

Increasing the percentage of sales resource engagement across the partner and further demonstrating the value of Dubber to the partners. Reporting to the VP Sales, EMEA, you will take a very hands‑on approach to both relationship management and consistently drive customer outcomes within the territory.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drive revenue growth across EMEA by developing strong partner relationships and engagement that deliver measurable results.
  • Own and exceed sales targets, generating new opportunities and expanding revenue.
  • Coach and support Partner Engagement reps to improve conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Manage and optimise the partner sales pipeline, ensuring strong forecasting and efficient deal flow.
  • Retain and grow existing partner accounts, ensuring renewal and expansion across key markets.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, managing partner and opportunity data for effective reporting and decision‑making.
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • 2+ years’ experience in partner, channel, or B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS business.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets through outbound and new business.
  • Some team leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and inspire performance.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with a focus on results and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • A collaborative, high‑energy approach, balancing autonomy with teamwork.
  • Organised, adaptable, and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities across regions and partners.
About You!
  • You have excellent communication skills across a broad array of personality types.
  • You are persistent, resilient, with a high energy & can‑do approach.
  • Curious, rapid learner with the ability to consume & contextualise large amounts of new information.
  • You are highly resourceful combined with an ability to work independently.
  • You are a strong team player.
Why should you join Dubber?

At Dubber, you’ll join a high‑performing global team where curiosity, accountability, and collaboration drive everything we do. We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, along with the opportunity to grow your skills and make a real impact in a rapidly evolving technology environment. With team members located around the world, you’ll be part of an inclusive, flexible, and supportive workplace that values diverse perspectives and empowers you to do your best work. We foster a collaborative, supportive culture as we work toward ambitious goals.
