A leading mattress brand is seeking an AI-First Digital Marketing Manager to own multi-channel strategies driving significant revenue impact. This role requires proven experience in digital marketing, especially managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands. Position: AI-First Digital Marketing Manager
Compensation: USD $130,000 per annum + up to 25% Performance Bonus
Total Annual Package: Up to USD $167,300

Youâll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. Youâll work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.
