Job summary
A leading healthcare technology provider is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality repair and maintenance services in customers' homes across Norfolk and Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 Electrical/Electronic qualification and strong interpersonal skills, particularly in working with vulnerable and elderly clients. Responsibilities include testing fire systems and maintaining various electronic products. This role comes with a company vehicle, fuel card, and out-of-hours opportunities.

- Proven experience as a Field Engineer, demonstrating various electrical and electronic skills.
- Desirable experience in a field-based role.
- Comfort with equipment maintenance/testing in home environments.
