This role focuses primarily on developing and delivering impactful sales training programs across the region, coaching field team members and supporting the achievement of commercial goals. Unlike Clinical Training Managers, who focus on product & clinical education and support, this position is dedicated to strengthening sales force effectiveness. This specifically includes elevating such things as selling skills, value messaging, business acumen, sales strategy implementation & associated foundation competencies.
