Job summary
A biopharmaceutical company is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Chinese Market Business Development Director to expand their reach in China. The role entails identifying emerging biotech companies, conducting evaluations, and attending industry events. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Chinese market and a proven track record in business development. Regular travel to China is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience within biotech or consulting with exposure to Chinese market dynamics.
- Track record in business development, search & evaluation or competitive intelligence roles.
- Ability to perform asset analysis and scientific due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging Chinese biotech companies.
- Conduct evaluations of potential partnerships.
- Represent Relation at conferences in China.
