Job summary
A leading iGaming company in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Manager. In this role, you will create and execute multi-channel strategies to enhance player retention and engagement for both Sports Betting and Casino products. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of CRM experience in iGaming, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry.
- Deep understanding of the player lifecycle and retention mechanics.
- Native English speaker.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns.
- Build and maintain player segments for Sports and Casino.
- Manage and optimise automated journeys for users.
- Monitor and analyse CRM KPIs across products.
- Ensure all communications comply with iGaming regulations.
