Job summary

A luxury fashion brand is seeking a Sales Consultant to serve as a brand ambassador at its Givenchy Concession in Harrods. You will provide exceptional customer service to international clients, build strong relationships, and maximize sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in high fashion sales and an excellent understanding of leather goods. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with a genuine interest in fashion, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a high fashion environment.
  • Experience in selling leather goods essential.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients to the Givenchy Concession and ensure comfort.
  • Build relationships with customers and assist in product selection.
  • Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
  • Process sales confidently while maintaining client relationships.
  • Gather and manage client CRM details for follow-up.
  • Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines.
