Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and real-time optimisation of our paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Working in a fast-paced, 24-hour news environment, you’ll play a key role in driving measurable growth, maximising ROI, and ensuring our campaigns respond dynamically to breaking news, audience behaviour, and cultural moments. You’ll partner closely with the wider marketing team, as well as content, creative and editorial to deliver high-impact campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention across the GB News Community.
You are a data-driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys hands‑on optimisation. You’re confident running campaigns end-to-end and excel at interpreting data to drive continuous improvement.
