• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
• Hours: Full‑Time
• Contract Type: Permanent

The Senior Practice Accountant will lead on complex accounts and returns, review junior team members’ work, and build strong client relationships. You’ll also collaborate directly with the Managing Director to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure deadlines and objectives are met consistently
• Review and oversee junior team members’ work
• Lead on accounts and returns for complex clients
• Support and mentor the team to help them thrive
• Partner with the MD to shape and improve processes across the business

• ACCA or ACA qualified (essential)
• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice (essential)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a team
• Highly organised, proactive, and self‑motivated
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Forward‑thinking, with the ability to take initiative and ownership
