This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who is looking to advance their career, and who has a desire and ability to help further grow our business while working in a supportive team. Our team manages a diverse and high-profile portfolio of projects which will offer you a variety of opportunities to progress your career at Ridge.
This role will allow you independence to lead and manage exciting projects as well as working alongside experienced Project Managers across a variety of industry sectors potentially including urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking), healthcare, education and defence. You will work on all stages of projects. If you have a proven construction project management experience this role will offer you the opportunity to lead projects, manage existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Autonomy for project delivery of all project stages, supported by a multi discipline business
- Develop and manage client relationships cultivating a culture of trust, quality and growth
- Proven construction project management and experience of managing professional teams
- Advise on and implement the selection and appointment of all necessary consultants and specialists
- Demonstrating leadership qualities to our colleagues, clients and delivery partners with day-to-day responsibility and single point of contact for projects from inception to completion and close
- Raising Ridge’s profile and brand within the construction industry and region through service excellence and networking
- Ideally chartered within RICS, APM or CIOB
- Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
- Microsoft Office software, including MS Project, in-depth experience is essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence delivering presentations and holding client facing meetings
- Proactive and adaptable, strong ability to manage change.
