- Lead, nurture, and manage a Social Work team, providing supervision, support, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with SSSC codes, legislative requirements, and local policies.
- Oversee complex case management, safeguarding, and risk assessment processes.
- Participate in strategic planning, service development, and multi-agency collaboration.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency.
- Competitive hourly rate of £47 per hour via a trusted payroll system.

- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant throughout your placement.
