Job summary
A local alteration service in Manchester is seeking a skilled Seamstress with experience in formal wear to join their team remotely. You'll be responsible for performing alterations and repairs on garments, ensuring customer satisfaction during fittings, and maintaining a clean workspace. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. Join us and contribute to enhancing our customers' garments.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a seamstress or performing formal dress alterations.
- Proven experience with Bridal, Prom, or Evening Dresses is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform alterations and repairs on garments, including hemming and replacing buttons.
- Provide exceptional customer service during fittings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at home.
