Job summary
A leading logistics company in Carlisle is looking for multiple HGV Class 1 drivers for both morning and night shifts. The role includes palletised trunking between depots, with required qualifications being a valid Class 1 driving licence and a CPC & Digital Tacho Card. Driver Hire Carlisle is recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 (CAT CE) drivers to join our established client in the Carlisle area.
- c£847 weekly pay – Days
- c£904 weekly pay – Nights
- Monday–Sunday
- Start times 01:00–07:00am
- Average 10‑hour shifts
- Ongoing until January, potential long‑term
- Minimum 4‑hour pay per shift
- Palletised or caged trunking between depots
- Weekly rota
- Handballing, tail lift and pump truck use may be required
- Paid assessment – 6 hours
- Immediate start
- New passes accepted
- Valid Class 1 (CE) licence
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
