Job summary
A renowned recruitment agency is seeking experienced Plasterers with multi-trade skills to join an expanding team in Brighton for a long-term social housing project. The role requires diagnosing faults, carrying out plastering, and ensuring the quality of maintenance work. An NVQ trade qualification, multi-trade experience, and a full driving licence are necessary. The position involves Monday to Friday, 40 hours of work weekly, with a pay rate of £190 per day.
Qualifications

- Multi trade experience essential.
- Full current driving licence is mandatory.
- DBS check required before starting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Perform plastering and associated works on void and occupied properties.
- Ensure high-quality work standards.
- Work efficiently and report difficulties.
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Brighton. They are looking for experienced Plasterers with multi-trade experience to join an expanding team on a long-term social housing contract. Plastering and internal decoration.
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests.
- PPMs and reactive maintenance.
- Plastering and associated works on void and occupied properties.
- Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.
- Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and report difficulties to the Resource Controller and/or Supervisor.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay: £190 per day.
