Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Apply RPA best practices across solution design, exception handling, logging, and governance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal capability development.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Solid understanding of RPA principles and best practices.
- Experience with Blue Prism and/or UiPath is highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
