We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Law lawyer to join our Construction Law Group. This role is ideal for a lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in construction law and/or construction litigation who is looking to elevate their practice with the support and mentorship of a leading construction lawyer, Leonard Finegold.

• Direct mentorship and collaboration with Leonard Finegold, Chair of the Construction Law Group
• A steady pipeline of complex ICI construction matters, including lien claims, delay and deficiency disputes, and construction contract litigation

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law, including lien claims, delay claims, and contract disputes
• A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills, including experience attending motions, discoveries, mediations, and trials
• Experience managing files independently
• A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
• A readiness to grow within a supportive and strategically expanding practice group
• Prior involvement with construction law associations or professional networks is an asset
