A property service group in Croydon is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support the efficient operation of its facilities department. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, managing office supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in facilities management is preferred but not essential. This is an office-based role with a working schedule from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

The Facilities Administrator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the facilities department. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing office supplies, and ensuring a safe and well‑maintained environment for all employees and visitors. The Facilities Administrator will work closely with the Facilities & Maintenance Manager to implement policies and procedures that enhance the functionality and safety of the workplace.
