A leading utilities contractor based in Kidlington is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing local operational teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in utilities, strong management skills, and relevant qualifications. The role offers a competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000 annually, along with a full benefits package.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for local operational teams who deliver the day to day aspects of mains laying and new suppliers to developers of all types and sizes.
You will provide project management – ensuring that the work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to our Client’s expectations. In addition to Health and Safety, customer service is critical to Thames Water. You will ensure that work is carried out in a manner which builds the confidence of developers and adopts a ‘right first time’ approach. Recognising developers have paid for mains laying and new supplies to their site / property, you will work proactively with Project Managers to build a baseline plan and overcome obstacles so that the dates given to developers are adhered to.
