A local educational trust in Deepcar is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to ensure continuity of learning in classes during teacher absence. Ideal for individuals considering a teaching career, this role offers direct classroom experience, requiring strong interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills. The successful candidate will provide support for lesson delivery, liaise with teachers, and assist in scheduling cover for absences, all within a nurturing school community focused on professional development.
Pay scale: NJC Grade 4, Point 7: £26,403 to 12: £28,598 gross per annum
Actual Annual Salary: £23,874.75 to £25,859.57 (under 5 years service)
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, 40 working weeks
