The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Coordinator.

In this role, you will provide first and second‑line support to internal and external users across all IT business systems and applications.

You will play a vital role in managing hardware and software inventory, supporting our IT system and contributing to the team's overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with third‑party providers as needed.
  • Provide support and training to internal and external users on IT business systems and applications.
  • Ensure accurate records and information are maintained on the network infrastructure, including Active Directory accounts and email security groups.
  • Deliver IT application training and maintain up‑to‑date training materials.
  • Handle the starter/leaver process, including the setup and maintenance of ICT equipment for new starters and remote employees.
  • Manage telecoms services, including user setup, fault management and reporting on telecoms usage.
  • Support the IT team on various projects and administrative tasks.
