Responsibilities include embedding standardized processes and assisting in AP Automation projects. Ideal candidates will be fully qualified accountants with experience in global environments and strong analytical skills. The role offers hybrid working, a welcome package, generous discounts, and private healthcare. Join a diverse and inclusive team focused on growth and empowerment.
Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand, with 65 years of rich heritage, rooted in craftmanship. As brand custodians, we are lucky to work for a dynamic, thriving, and ethical business, with people from diverse backgrounds, who bring their true selves to work, and where anyone can grow their career.
We are guided by three core values that are at the heart of everything we do: be yourself, act courageously, and show you care. They make us who we are and inspire us to push boundaries, embrace our individuality, and stand up for what's right.
The Project Accountant will play a key supporting role within the Global Accounting and Control team, assisting with the delivery of key finance transformation initiatives and operational improvements across the Global Transactional Finance (GTF) function. Working closely with the Senior Global Financial Accounting and Projects Manager, this role will help embed transitioned processes, strengthen financial controls, and support the successful implementation of automation and process efficiency projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to contribute to high-impact transformation activities while developing their skills in a dynamic, global environment.
