We’re recruiting for a multipleWarehouse First Line Managers,for our key customer, inHarlow–.Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered.

This is a full-time, permanent role, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Coordinate, lead and motivate a team of colleagues to operational success
• Set daily and weekly KPIs and ensure that these are always being met, and ideally exceeded
• Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
• Maintaining health and safety and H&S practices across all areas of the site.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in motivating and leading teams within a fast-moving logistics environment
• Strong knowledge and practice of health and safety principles
• Team Performance, site KPI’sandability to maintain site standards
