A leading food manufacturer in Nottingham is seeking a motivated Product and Process Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and ensuring product quality across the organization, conducting internal assessments, and collaborating with teams to drive quality improvements. The Quality Manager is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for assessing and safeguarding product quality across the group. This position champions food quality, creativity, and innovation while monitoring competitor standards, addressing any quality deviations, and driving a best‑in‑class Quality Programme.

The ideal candidate will have skills around quality assessment and evaluation, product development, teamwork/collaboration and strategic mindedness to support the Quality strategy and to interact with all key stakeholders to ensure changes are successful.
