A leading food company is seeking a Product and Process Quality Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes. The Quality Manager is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for assessing and safeguarding product quality across the group. This position champions food quality, creativity, and innovation while monitoring competitor, addressing any quality deviations, and driving a best-in-class Quality Programme.

The ideal candidate will have skills around quality assessment and evaluation, product development, teamwork/collaboration and strategic mindedness to support the Quality strategy and to interact with all key stakeholders to ensure changes are successful.
