Pay Rates:

Shift Patterns

We offer a range of shifts to suit different preferences:

FMP (Fresh Meat Processing):

• 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 (8-hour shifts, rotating weekly)

High Risk – Slicing / Boxing & Despatch:

• 06:00–18:00 (Days)
• 18:00–06:00 (Nights)

As a full time, permanent Production Operative to help us deliver high‑quality, great‑tasting, and safe meat products to customers nationwide. What You’ll Do:

• Preparing, cooking, slicing, packing, or boxing meat products
• Working on a production line using site‑specific equipment (training provided)
• Following health & safety, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Meeting daily production targets with accuracy and attention to detail
• Working flexibly across areas to support business needs
• Maintaining clean and organised workspaces
• Participating in audits and ensuring quality standards are met
• Lifting products or equipment up to 15kg as part of your duties
• Thriving in a fast‑paced, chilled food production environment

What You'll bring:
