Job summary
A leading financial services organization in Gloucester is seeking a Group Procurement Adviser specializing in IT to manage sourcing and procurement activities. This role involves contract management, supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. - Confident in managing stakeholders at all levels and providing appropriate challenge.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supplier selection and monitoring, and ensure contract accuracy and completeness.
- Lead tender processes, coordinate supplier responses, and manage contract drafting and due diligence.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and track savings through contract management plans.
- Assess contract risks and ensure adherence to regulatory reporting.
- Guide contract relationship managers and manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) process.
