As our Crop Technician, you will take ownership of routine testing of substrates, water, and plant material, working with external laboratories to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be the go-to person for data collection and trial monitoring, supporting projects such as peat‑free development, LED lighting, and new nutrition strategies.

You will work closely with growing managers and agronomists, helping design trials and collating data that drives smarter decisions. You will liaise with suppliers and planning teams, ensuring test results are understood and acted upon. You will contribute to audits, nutrition reviews, and monthly R&D updates, making sure our glasshouse operations are always improving.

You might have a background in Horticulture or be a Graduate fresh out of university allowing you to bring curiosity, dependability, and a proactive mindset to this role. Adding your Data Management skills you’ll be joining to thrive in a team that values honesty, rigour, and innovation.
