A leading event management company based at Brighton Racecourse is looking for an experienced Head Chef to oversee culinary offerings across racedays and events. The candidate should have proven experience as a senior chef, strong HACCP knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, developing food strategies, and ensuring food safety compliance. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary innovation and large-scale event delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior chef or head chef role.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, nutrition, and allergen management.
- Good understanding of purchasing systems and IT.
Responsibilities
- Manage revenue budgets and achieve cost targets.
- Develop and deliver an innovative food strategy.
