A leading construction and engineering company is seeking a Construction Training Coordinator in Plymouth to support training programs within the Nuclear team. Responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, developing materials, and ensuring compliance with training standards. Ideal candidates will have construction experience and training coordination skills. This role is on a 12-month fixed-term contract and requires BPSS clearance.
We're looking for a Construction Training Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based Plymouth.
KierBAM is a Joint Venture (JV) between Kier and BAM Nuttall, currently delivering a major redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site in Plymouth. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Training Coordinator to support this high-profile initiative.
Due to the sensitive nature of the site, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required. Please note that this process may take up to 8 weeks.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO, or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.
Location: Devonport Royal Dockyard, Plymouth.
Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Construction Training Coordinator, you'll be working within the KierBAM JV Nuclear team, supporting the planning and delivery of training programs, internally and externally ensuring that staff onsite are suitably qualified to be in their role as well as working with the site teams to ensure project specific training is rolled out prior to upcoming works.
