• 5+ years of relevant experience in business strategy development.
• Experience presenting insights to senior executives.
• Familiarity with UK Education organisations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of the UK Education landscape.
• Evaluate and execute new growth opportunities for Williams Education.
• Drive research to understand customer needs in STEM education.
• Create models for growth opportunities including commercialization.
• Communicate findings to all management levels.
• Develop project plans to deliver growth opportunities.
• Identify risks and escalate them as necessary.
• Create KPIs/OKRs and dashboards to monitor impacts.
