A leading law practice is seeking a Pre Litigated File Handler - Industrial Disease in Bolton. The role involves managing a caseload of up to 250 pre-litigated files, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and performing detailed administrative tasks. Candidates must have proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and ideally, some experience with disease claims. The Pre-Litigated File Handler will run and maintain their own caseload of up to 250 pre-litigated files to conclusion or the point of litigation. These will consist of a mixed caseload between NIHL (Noise Induced Hearing Loss) claims as well as HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome) claims.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks on pre-litigated files to ensure all Client KPI’s and SLA’s are met. This role would be ideal for a candidate who is looking for experience running their own caseload.
