What You’ll Do

• Lead The Guest Experience – Deliver warm, energetic, wow-worthy service from the moment the first coffee is poured to the final cocktail fireworks.
• Grow and develop your team – Coach, guide and inspire your leaders and emerging stars through 1:1s, reviews, training and daily support.
• Create a culture people love – Champion values—Warm, Hungry, People Smart, Trust—and make your pub feel like a second home.
• Own the business performance – Drive sales, manage budgets, forecast effectively, keep operation tight and efficient.
• Champion standards – Set the bar for pint quality, cellar cleanliness, service flow, etc.
• Collaborate with leadership team – Partner with Head Chef, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager.
