A leading sports technology company in Greater London is looking for a Leadership Development Manager to design and deliver leadership programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced global context and be passionate about leadership development. The role is hybrid, requiring three office days per week, and involves collaborating with senior leaders to drive performance and culture across the organization.

ABOUT US:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Leadership Development Manager to join the PP&OD team, with a primary focus on shaping and delivering our leadership development agenda. This role is critical in ensuring our current and future leaders are equipped to drive performance, lead change, and foster our unique culture across all levels of the business.
This role is a hybrid with at least three office days in one of our offices:London, Ljubljana, Warsaw or Vienna!
