Rare opportunity for a Transformation Project Lead to join the People and Transformation team at Sharp UK.

Accountable for delivering business-wide projects and strategic change initiatives that enable the organisation to achieve its long-term vision. This role combines deep project management expertise with advanced business analysis capability to ensure transformation programmes deliver measurable outcomes. Responsibility for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives, while fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Based in Wakefield/Leeds, with hybrid working.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of multiple, complex transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Define and agree project scope and objectives with senior stakeholders, translating strategic requirements into actionable, value-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain robust project plans, schedules, and budgets, applying structured methodologies to ensure measurable ROI and benefits realisation.
  • Drive governance and decision-making through accurate reporting, risk management, and compliance with organisational frameworks.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure impact, ensuring benefits are embedded and sustained.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, securing buy-in and driving adoption of change across all levels.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing digital tools and data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing clear, timely updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Prepare the organisation for operational change, ensuring smooth transition to new systems and processes.
  • Act as a change champion, promoting agility, innovation, and embedding transformation initiatives.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices, applying insights to strengthen future project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and industry best practices to maximise transformation outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in delivering complex transformation projects, with a strong track record in project management, business analysis, and change management within a Transformation Office (TMO), PMO, or similar strategic environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and deliver business-wide, multi-site transformation initiatives, including implementing new systems and processes.
  • Proven expertise in driving digital transformation initiatives, with hands‑on experience in leveraging data analytics and implementing process automation solutions to deliver measurable business improvements.
  • Advanced capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design, with proficiency in industry‑standard tools and methodologies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing at all levels, driving adoption of change and embedding new ways of working.
  • Proven experience of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and change management principles.
  • Able to interpret complex business challenges and design innovative, practical solutions.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, with effective planning, risk management, and reporting skills using tools such as Monday.com.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and resilience in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Business Analysis preferred.
