• Drive Strategic Sales Decisions Through Data Modeling
  Leverage advanced data extraction and modeling techniques to generate actionable insights that inform sales strategy and optimize commercial performance, directly contributing to revenue growth.
• Enhance Data Infrastructure for Scalable Analytics
  Support the development and optimization of the Snowflake data platform, ensuring robust data pipelines and advanced SQL capabilities that support scalable, reliable analytics across the Commercial function.
• Empower Sales Leadership with Self‑Serve Analytics Tools
  Design and implement intuitive Power BI and Salesforce dashboards that enable Sales Managers and senior leaders to independently access real‑time performance metrics, fostering a data‑driven culture and accelerating decision‑making.
• Improve Forecast Accuracy and Pipeline Quality
  Strengthen forecasting processes and pipeline analysis to enhance sales predictability and resource allocation, aligning with broader financial planning and operational efficiency goals.
• Champion Innovation in Commercial Insights via AI & Automation
  Explore and apply emerging AI/ML technologies to automate reporting workflows and uncover deeper commercial insights, supporting Fitch Solutions’ commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or commercial strategy, ideally within Sales, FP&A, or B2B enterprise environments, demonstrating a track record of delivering insights that drive business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in data transformations, with hands‑on experience managing large datasets and building data pipelines in platforms like Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Proven expertise in business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI and Salesforce, with the ability to design and maintain dashboards that support senior stakeholder decision‑making.

• Experience with advanced analytics tools, such as Python, machine learning, or AI‑assisted platforms, showcasing a forward‑thinking approach to data‑driven decision‑making.
• Background in subscription‑based or B2B enterprise sales environments, providing valuable context and understanding of complex commercial models and customer lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate data into strategic actions.
• Proactive and curious mindset, with a demonstrated eagerness to explore new technologies and continuously improve analytical capabilities and business impact.
