Job Overview: We are looking for a friendly and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering helpful solutions. Working Arrangement: Office, Phone Based.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm (just over 37 hour contract).
Salary Circa: up to £25,000 p.a. (depending on experience).

A good command of written and spoken English, along with strong computer skills, is essential. While a driving license isn't required, the ability to commute to the office would be advantageous.
