Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 4:45 pm

About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our client's team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and design, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for creativity.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing social media channels. You'll also design and produce marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Create and proofread marketing copy for various platforms
  • Design and produce marketing content including social media posts, brochures, and presentations
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Experience with social media platforms and B2B marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and video editing software
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Customer Service Representative – Edinburgh City Centre

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7‑hour shifts between 8 am – 6 pm
Hybrid Working: 3 days per week home working after training
Contract: Temporary – 12 months

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle complex enquiries mainly by phone. You'll need experience of speaking to customers and a compassion and a desire to do the right thing for them. An 8‑week training programme will teach you all you need to know about the wide range of products and services you will support customers. From there you will have the freedom to work 3 days a week from home, with ongoing support and development to allow you develop in your role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide first‑class service to customers by acting as a first point of contact for any queries or requests by phone
  • Strive to resolve queries at the first point of contact, from password resets to more in‑depth statement queries
  • Handing requests for information or changes to details quickly and securely
  • Ensure all information is recorded efficiently and accurately
  • Deal with situations with care and empathy

What You'll Do
