This is a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, security, and effective use of data across the Academy. If you enjoy problem-solving, have excellent IT skills, and want to make a real impact in education, we’d love to hear from you!**The Role**As Data Officer, you will:* Lead on the development, maintenance, and management of the Academy’s MIS (Bromcom).* Ensure data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements, including School Census and GDPR.* Produce accurate reports and analysis to support senior leaders and teaching staff in raising standards.* Oversee the Academy assessment cycle and publish academic reports to parents.* Support the construction and maintenance of the Academy timetable.* Deliver training to staff on data systems and processes.**What We’re Looking For**We are looking for someone who:* Has strong IT and data management skills, with experience in MIS systems.* Can manipulate and present data clearly and accurately.* Demonstrates excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.* Has great communication skills and can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.* Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.**What We Offer**At Oasis Academy Brightstowe, you will be part of a values-driven organisation where staff are trusted, empowered, and supported to do their best work.
