We help NetSuite customers in construction & infrastructure, oil & gas, and renewables manage complex projects from cost to completion through our native SuiteApp.

• Support and lead ProScope implementation projects working directly with clients in construction, renewables, oil & gas and related sectors - working on discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and configure ProScope to meet their unique needs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions, helping clients adopt the solution and align with best practices.
• Offer guidance on finance and project-based process improvements, leveraging ProScope’s functionality.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure successful and high-quality delivery.
• Provide client feedback to influence product enhancements and innovation.

• You have proven experience leading multiple client-facing NetSuite implementations. This role is not suitable for internal-only NetSuite administrators, developers, or in-house ERP specialists.
• You understand financial processes and accounting principles, particularly within complex, project-driven industries.
• You’re a natural collaborator and trusted advisor, great at building strong client relationships.
• You’re confident leading clients through transformation with clarity, structure, and calm decision-making.
• You bring outstanding communication, analysis, training, and documentation skills.
• You hold current NetSuite certifications - or are highly motivated to obtain them quickly.
• You’re passionate about technology that drives operational excellence and makes a real difference to how companies run.
• Adaptable, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction, you thrive in environments where you can solve meaningful problems.

• Proven experience with NetSuite and a strong track record in successful implementation, configuration, and support.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
• Confident communicator with credible client-facing experience.
• Skilled in training, documentation, and quality assurance.
