A technology company in Reading is looking for a Junior Software Support Analyst to provide technical support to customers. The role involves diagnosing issues and building strong relationships with users, alongside experienced colleagues. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience, and basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and databases. Our role: We are looking for a Junior Software Support Analyst to join our team in Reading. In this role youll help customers get the most out of our software by providing technical support and building strong relationships with users. Youll work alongside experienced colleagues, gain hands-on-experience with real-world systems and develop the skills needed for a successful career in tech. This role reports to the Engineering Support Team Leader and has no people management responsibilities.
